Nj Gay Clubs & Bars Cruise Spots

It is an experience hair this weekend?

Certainly, as new items right now! After "The Great court beauty" ( will also return soon ) and VIP Vanity, I wanted to offer you a few notes on the many books devoted to beauty. It is generally true mine of information, perfect to forge a strong culture beauty. I know many of my sisters bloggers also regularly spend a small place, so I wanted to do the same. So here to start "The 10 things I learned by reading ..." Natural Hair Care Annie Casamayou ( at Anagram Publishing).

1) The introductory having all the physical characteristics of the hair is one I find most interesting. I did not know there was such a muscle (the muscle arrector ) just below the hair follicle. It is under the control of hormones that are released under stress, which explains why there's hair bristle on the head in case of intense fear! It is also the muscle that determines the direction in which our hair grows, our location really. Suffice to say that with both my ears on the skull, the muscle arrector must be damn mess in my house!

2) There are also full of small figures that I like. Did you know for example that we each had between 120,000 and 170,000 hair? That has between 200 and 300 per cm2? They push each 1 to 1.5 cm per month, or 36m per day for all of the hair, which is - even crazier - 1.1 miles grows each month!

3) How to tell if your hair is damaged? Place one in a glass of water. If it floats, is that the cuticle is intact. If he runs is that it's a hair damaged.

4) Stay Zen ( like me! ) because stress plays a major role on the condition of your hair. If I understand the anxiety release certain hormones in the blood, then they slow down traffic. Suddenly, the hair bulb, which feeds on the blood elements, is less well irrigated. It's the start of a chain reaction that will increase the level of toxins in the bulb and ultimately "break up the keratin by breaking the bonds sulfurated ( normally with the ticket 15 days ago on keratin , you must know everything about it! ).

5) Why pregnant women do they have such pretty hair? In fact, as we suspected, a matter of hormones. But to be more precise, it is in fact the influence of estrogen that alters the cycle pilaris. Thus, instead of having between 80 and 85% of the hair growth phase as is usually the case, women expecting a happy event have between 90 and 95%. Where the hair grows faster, bigger, brighter ...

6) The author then offers a rather interesting part of the diet of hair. She advises and more foods with protein rich in amino acids could affect the health of hair. In addition to traditional meat and fish, for example, know that eating pistachios, almonds, garlic, onion and green onion is also good for your mane ( but not necessarily for your breath! ).

7) You realize we've already learned a lot while I'm at page 37 of the book! Begins precisely where the section itself to the care of hair. And yes, according to the theory, practice up! With such a few tips on technique to use to brush your hair. Although you probably already know, it's always good to remember that it is best to avoid synthetic brushes, plastic or metal ( weakening the hair and making electrical ). Prefer the natural patterns of wood and nice round pins, or those in wild boar hair also known to be effective.

8) Then there are some dedicated to decode a shampoo type. Even if there is a clear ecological bias of the author who advocates for organic or natural hair care, we learn little things always good to know when the line is before its supermarket capillary. I did not know for example that there were several types of voltage-current ( the cleansers that make up the bulk of the formula a shampoo). Simply put, according to the book, "surface-active sugar derivatives are among the sweetest." You will recognize them in their formulas INCI names including the word Glucoside ( Coco Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Glucosyde ... ).

9) If you feel the soul of an apprentice chemist, you can boost the effectiveness of your shampoo with a few drops of essential oils. Nothing simpler, you just have to know which to choose. After paying the amount of shampoo you need in the palm of your hands, you can for example add two drops of geranium or ET Clary Sage if you have dry hair, Lemon Petitgrain Bitter or if they are fat, Chamomile or Rosemary Cineole in the event they are damaged ... That's okay, it's pretty easy to do!

10) Finally, the book ends with dozens and dozens of recipes for homemade care for your hair. I confess that I am personally not a big fan of homemade cosmeto but I feel more and more women are getting into. I found that annoying because you have always a bunch of ingredients that was obviously never home ( unless you're the type to hide nigella oil baobab or in your closet! ). However, there is something that I appreciate much more, it is the "cosmeto the fridge," which has recipes that can really quite easily done with foods that are generally always home .

It tells you that I detailed one, you can try at home this weekend (and I count tell me what you thought of course! )? A small nourishing hair mask for example? So here we go, I start with the list of ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 1 half-cup of olive oil and 5 tablespoons tablespoons rum ( do not tell me you do not have rum in you! ). You've found everything? So then, up to action: Beat the egg yolks and add the other ingredients altogether. Brush the hair wet preparation, cover with a cloth and hot humid ( that's a little galley but ...) and leave it on for an hour. A little shampoo to rinse it all and hop around is (normally ) played. I'll try to do so on my side this weekend, but with my mini-mop, it may not give much. But I'm really curious to see what it gives survous? Is it better or worse than your conventional mask?!
